Returns and Refund Policy

  •  If you are not satisfied with your order, return it to us within 30 days of the purchase for an exchange or refund.

  • Items that are custom, personalized, or made-to-order cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective.

  • All items must be returned in their original condition with all accessories. Please note, refunds and credits will be issued for the full cost of the item plus any taxes,

  • if applicable, less any restocking fees that may apply. Shipping charges may not be refundable.

  • Shipping fees are not refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or damaged in transit.

    Personalized Items:
    All sales of personalized items are FINAL and are not eligible for a refund or exchange unless the item is defective.

    • Defective or Damaged Items:
      Please keep the original shipping container and packing material, this may be required for insurance claims. Please contact us before sending back the damaged item.

    International Returns and Exchanges:
    Customers ordering internationally will also be responsible for any associated duties/taxes/tariffs. If you would like to exchange merchandise for a different item, new shipping fees will apply.

     

  • We will refund funds to your account store credit at JourneysofFaith.com however customer has right to change to funds by contacting us.

We will replace all damaged and defective items at no cost. . Obtain RMA by calling 1-501-354-6100 or email info@journeysoffaith.com
